Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 12:00 AM GMT-5 will be processed the next business day.
Please note: weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched from our warehouse or partner facilities, estimated delivery time is 5-9 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD.
Orders under $100 USD, shipping charge is $14.99 for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and armed forces locations and $6.99 for the rest of the location across USA.
Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
Available items will ship immediately.
Remaining items will ship as soon as they are in stock.
You will not be charged extra shipping for split deliveries.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 1-3 business days to appear.

Address Accuracy
Lussovi is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched to the address submitted, it is considered fulfilled. No refund or replacement will be issued in such cases. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at support@lussovi.com before your order is processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
Check with household members or neighbors.
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
If you still need assistance, email us at support@lussovi.com.
Lussovi is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
