Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be returned in new and unused condition.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We also accept product exchanges within the same 30-day window. Items must be in new condition.

Shipping Costs
Please note that we are unable to refund shipping costs if your order has already shipped.
To start a return or exchange, email support@lussovi.com first with your order number. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and items must be new and unused.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover it. Email us a photo and your order number, and we will refund your return shipping, send a replacement, or issue a full refund.
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or it did not fit, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Denmark.
Original shipping charges are refundable only when the return is due to our error. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
